Refund Policy

At Become Weightless, we aim to provide high-quality services and products. This Refund & Return Policy explains when refunds or exchanges may be issued.

Mobile Lab Testing Services

  • Refunds are not available once a sample has been collected.
  • Appointments canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled draw may qualify for a refund.
  • Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before may not be refundable.

Digital Programs & Coaching

  • All sales of digital products (e.g., fitness/nutrition programs, coaching plans) are final.
  • No refunds are provided for completed or partially completed digital content.

Physical Products (e.g., Journals, Merchandise)

  • Unused, unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless item is defective or incorrect.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method upon inspection of returned items.

Memberships (Future Offering)

  • Membership cancellations must be requested 14 days before the next billing cycle to avoid renewal charges.

Processing Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
