Your kit arrives with detailed collection instructions, all required materials, and a prepaid return label. Everything is clearly labeled — no guesswork.

You collect & mail it in

Collect your sample at home following the instructions — urine, saliva, stool, or finger-prick depending on the test. Drop it in the mail with the included label.

Results reviewed together

When results are in, we schedule a video call to walk through every finding — what it means, why it matters, and exactly what to do about it. You leave with a plan.

DUTCH Complete Test

Best for: Advanced hormone mapping, HRT monitoring, adrenal health

The gold standard in hormone testing. Standard blood draws only capture a snapshot — the DUTCH maps your full hormone metabolism across the day, including metabolites that blood tests simply can't measure. If you've had bloodwork and still don't have answers, this is usually the next step.

What you're probably wondering

No. All testing is ordered through our licensed provider — you don't need a referral, a PCP visit, or any prior authorization. That's one of the core reasons people work with us.
It depends on the test. The DUTCH and 4-Point Cortisol typically return in 2–3 weeks. The GI Map runs 2–4 weeks. Food sensitivity panels are usually 2–3 weeks. Genetic testing (3x4) takes 3–4 weeks. Medication sensitivity testing typically returns in 1–2 weeks. We'll give you a specific timeframe when we confirm your order.
We are a cash-pay practice and do not bill insurance directly. These specialty tests are generally not covered by insurance regardless of provider. Many clients use HSA or FSA accounts to cover costs — check with your plan administrator to confirm eligibility.
No — each kit comes with step-by-step instructions and all necessary collection materials. We also walk you through the process before your kit ships so you know exactly what to expect. Most clients complete collection in under 15 minutes at home.
Yes — always. Every test includes a results review session with Jake via video call. We go through your results in plain English, explain what's driving your symptoms, and build an action plan around your findings. You will never receive a PDF and be left to figure it out alone.
Absolutely. In fact, many clients run multiple tests — for example, a DUTCH combined with a GI Map gives a comprehensive picture of hormones and gut health together. We'll help you decide what combination makes sense based on your symptoms and goals during your discovery call.
Most at-home kits ship to all 50 states. There are some state-specific restrictions on certain specialty tests (New York in particular has strict lab regulations). We'll confirm availability for your state during the discovery call before anything is ordered.
