Order your Journey

Head to our Fullscript Journeys page, create a free account, and place your order. We receive the order on our end and process the lab requisition.

Find your local Quest

You'll receive a lab requisition to take to any Quest Diagnostics patient service center near you. Over 2,200 locations nationwide — no appointment usually needed.

Get your blood drawn

Walk in, hand them your requisition, and get your blood drawn. Standard process — usually takes under 15 minutes. Results typically come back in 3–5 business days.

Results reviewed with Jake

When results are in, we schedule a video call to go through every finding — what it means, why it matters, and exactly what to do next. You leave with a plan.

What you're probably wondering

Fullscript Journeys is a lab testing platform that allows practitioners to order blood panels for clients anywhere in the country, processed through Quest Diagnostics. We create the lab order through our Journeys page, you get it drawn at your local Quest, and we receive the results on our end to review with you.
Yes — you'll create a free patient account on Fullscript when you place your order. It takes about two minutes and is where you'll also be able to view your results once they're available.
No. Everything is ordered through our licensed provider on the Fullscript platform. You don't need a referral, a PCP visit, or any pre-authorization.
After placing your order, you'll receive a lab requisition with instructions. You can find your nearest Quest location at questdiagnostics.com/locations. Most locations accept walk-ins, though scheduling an appointment is recommended to minimize wait time.
Standard blood panels through Quest typically return within 3–5 business days. Once results are in, we'll reach out to schedule your results review video call.
Fullscript Journeys is a direct-pay service and does not bill insurance. Many clients use HSA or FSA accounts. The cost includes the lab draw at Quest and results delivery — the results review session with Jake is a separate service.
New York, New Jersey, and Rhode Island have state-specific regulations that restrict direct-access lab testing. If you're in one of these states, contact us — there may be alternative options we can explore depending on your situation.
