Labs & Testing

Know your body.
Change your life.

From foundational bloodwork to advanced hormone, gut, and genetic testing, we help you understand what's actually going on inside and build a plan around it.

DUTCH Complete Test

Best for: Advanced hormone mapping, HRT monitoring, adrenal health

The gold standard in hormone testing. The DUTCH (Dried Urine Test for Comprehensive Hormones) maps hormone metabolites that standard blood tests can't measure — giving a far more complete picture.

4-Point Salivary Cortisol Test

Best for: Adrenal fatigue, chronic stress, sleep issues, burnout

Cortisol fluctuates throughout the day — a single blood draw misses the full pattern. This test captures your cortisol rhythm at four points to identify adrenal dysfunction.

Gut Health

GI Map — Comprehensive Stool Analysis

Best for: Digestive issues, bloating, IBS, immune health, fatigue

The gut drives everything from immunity to mood to metabolism. The GI Map uses DNA analysis to identify pathogens, bacterial imbalances, parasites, and markers of gut inflammation with unmatched precision.

Food Sensitivity Testing

Best for: Unexplained bloating, skin issues, brain fog, inflammation

Identifies immune reactions to 96–200+ foods that may be contributing to inflammation, digestive issues, fatigue, and skin conditions. Different from a food allergy test — this measures delayed IgG responses.

Includes: IgG reactivity to 96–200+ foods depending on panel selected

3x4 Genetic Testing

Best for: Personalized nutrition, training, and supplement optimization

Your DNA doesn't change — but understanding it changes everything. The 3x4 panel analyzes 36 genes across key pathways to give actionable guidance on how your body responds to food, exercise, stress, and supplements.

Includes: Metabolism, inflammation, methylation, detox, hormone pathways, fitness response, nutrient needs — with a full interpretation report

Medication Sensitivity — SSRI & SNRI

Pharmacogenomic testing that shows how your body metabolizes psychiatric medications. Helps identify which medications are likely to work, cause side effects, or be ineffective based on your genetics — reducing the trial-and-error process.

Includes: CYP450 enzyme analysis, medication metabolism classifications, actionable prescribing guidance report

The process

How lab testing works with us

01

Tell us about your goals

Fill out our intake form. We review your health history, symptoms, and goals to recommend the right panel or combination of tests.

02

We confirm & coordinate

For blood draws, we schedule a mobile or in-office visit. For at-home kits, we ship your kit directly — with clear instructions.

03

Results reviewed together

We don't just send you a PDF. We walk through every result with you, explain what it means, and build your plan around it.

04

Your plan starts

Labs alone don't change anything — action does. We build a personalized nutrition, supplement, and lifestyle plan based on your actual results.

Common questions

What you're probably wondering

No. All lab orders are placed by our licensed provider under their NPI number — you don't need to see a doctor first. That's one of the core advantages of working with us.
Blood draw panels require a venipuncture (needle draw) and are collected either at your location via our mobile service or at our North Andover office. At-home kits are collected by you — typically urine, saliva, stool, or a finger-prick blood spot — and mailed to the lab. We'll walk you through the process for any kit test.
Standard blood panels typically return within 3–5 business days. Specialty tests like the DUTCH, GI Map, and genetic panels can take 2–4 weeks depending on the lab. We'll give you a specific timeframe when we confirm your test.
We are a cash-pay practice and do not bill insurance directly. However, many clients use HSA/FSA accounts to cover testing costs. Specialty tests like the DUTCH, GI Map, and genetic panels are generally not covered by insurance regardless of provider.
Yes — lab draws and interpretation are available as standalone services. That said, we always recommend at least a results review session so you walk away with a clear plan, not just data.
