For: People who already have recent bloodwork

Already have labs from your doctor or another provider? We'll review them with you, explain what they actually mean, and build a personalized coaching plan around your existing results. No repeat bloodwork needed unless we identify gaps.

Discovery call

We start with a free 20-minute call to understand your goals, history, and which path makes the most sense for you.

Your plan is built

Based on your intake, labs (if applicable), and goals — we build your personalized nutrition, training, and lifestyle plan within the first week.

Bi-monthly check-ins

Every two weeks we connect to review progress, adjust the plan, and address anything that's come up. Nothing falls through the cracks.

Ongoing support between sessions

Questions between calls? Message us. We stay in contact throughout so you always have someone in your corner.

What you're probably wondering

Most trainers and dietitians work from general guidelines. We work from your actual data — bloodwork, symptoms, health history, and goals. The plan isn't based on what works for most people; it's based on what your body specifically needs. That's the difference between guessing and knowing.
No — the Coaching Only path is designed for people who want to start with nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle without bloodwork. That said, we typically recommend at least a foundational panel at some point, because it catches things that symptoms alone can't reveal. You can always add labs later.
Yes. All coaching is available remotely via video call. Lab draws require you to be in our service area (greater Boston / North Shore MA) or you can use our Fullscript Journeys option to order labs through Quest at a location near you — available in most US states.
We recommend a minimum of 90 days to see meaningful, measurable results — especially with lab-based plans where we're tracking biomarker changes. That said, we work month-to-month and there's no long-term contract required.
Labs older than 12 months are generally too outdated to build a plan around — a lot can change in a year. In that case we'd recommend either getting a new draw through us or starting with the Coaching Only path while we coordinate updated labs.
